Children's Art Classes Saturday Mornings at Hofstra University |

Two new educational and creative programs are available for your child that will consist of ideas and fine techniques of some of the famous and finest artists of today as well as some from past centuries.
Heroes & Monsters: Drawing Comic Book and Comic Strip Characters
The class will result in a full understanding of the inner workings of how to make a functioning comic book.
Young Artists Workshop
Students work in a variety of media, including painting, drawing, sculpture and pastels, and begin to develop an appreciation for both the art and the craft.
Overall we create a positive and fun experience for your young artist.

“Let’s go to the drive-in!”
The Downtown Staten Island Council kicks off its month-long Drive-In Movie Series every Friday and Saturday, May 4th through May 26th. Enjoy sixteen “must-see” movies played on a 40 x 80 foot screen in the parking lot of the Richmond County Savings Bank Ballpark in St. George, rain or shine.
